My journey with CrestOptics began in 2014 when I joined the production team. Over the years, I developed a deep understanding of every detail of our exceptional microscopes, which naturally led me to transition into post-sales technical support. Throughout my career, I’ve specialized in a wide range of skills from electronics to optics to programming. I’m a versatile problem solver who thrives on initiating internal discussions that lead to product and process improvements. Guided by honesty, I always strive to see things from our customers’ perspective to better understand their needs and expectations.
After spending ten years at CrestOptics, I chose to explore a new professional opportunity outside the company. Although that experience didn’t unfold as I had hoped, it taught me valuable lessons and helped me grow. Now back at CrestOptics as a Manufacturing Specialist, I am excited to return to an environment I know and love—with a fresh perspective and renewed enthusiasm to contribute to our success.
