My name is Dino, and I am from India, where I have spent much of my life exploring different passions and interests. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various roles and industries, which has equipped me with a strong foundation. Professionally, I have a background in the Electronics field, with many years of experience in navigation and aviation signal system design. I am passionate about my working field, and I am always eager to learn and grow in these areas.
In 2016, following my experience in my home country, I relocated to Italy and began working as a Production Technician at CrestOptics. This role provided me with the opportunity to learn something new in the scientific field, also got a chance to learn and study fluorescence microscopy. Recently, I was promoted to Technical Support Specialist. In this role, I utilize problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes of problems, and implement effective solutions. Additionally, I engage in effective communication with customers to address their concerns, explain diagnoses and repair options, and provide updates on service progress. I am continuously on the lookout for new challenges and opportunities for advancement in this ever-evolving industry.
Outside of work, you can often find me in any kind of sports activity. I believe in the importance of maintaining a balance between work and personal life, and these activities help me stay grounded and refreshed.
