At CrestOptics, I work in Logistics and Office Management. I oversee the international journeys of our optical microscopes and components, ensuring that each item we ship complies with complex regulations. My role includes carefully selecting the best shipping mode based on the purpose—whether it’s a sale, loan, replacement, demo, expo, or sample—and gathering the necessary data to enable smooth import and export across national and international borders.
We collect all relevant information and complete the required documents, ensuring they are thorough and compliant with current trade and customs regulations. This process allows our goods, meticulously prepared by our Production and Warehouse teams, to transit smoothly. I also handle invoicing, insurance, and tracking procedures.
Moreover, external collaborators play a vital role in this intricate process. A special thanks to my colleagues at CrestOptics, teamwork makes so much more possible! In my spare time, I love traveling and believe the world is a wonderful place that deserves protection.
