I hold a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Industrial Production. My cross-functional skills have enabled me to gain experience in various sectors within the Operations field, including Automotive (EVI) and Aerospace & Defense.
I joined CrestOptics in 2024 with the goal of contributing to the company’s growth and evolving alongside it within a high-tech environment. From my very first interaction, I was inspired by the enthusiasm and energy of the people here.
Currently, I serve as the Manager of the Manufacturing Engineering department, which works closely with all other functions across the entire product lifecycle. Our mission is to define and continuously improve manufacturing processes while ensuring timelines, cost efficiency, and product quality.
