After completing my Master’s degree in Bioscience Technology, I began my career in an imaging Core Facility in London. There, I worked closely with academics—from undergraduates to professors—teaching and training in a wide range of microscopy techniques. The samples we handled varied in scale from single cells to zebrafish.
Since then, I’ve held roles in sales and business development across the microscopy sector, covering custom microscopes, high-end accessories, and, most recently, world-class illumination systems. I now bring this diverse experience to my role at CrestOptics as Business Development Manager for the EMEA region, supporting the adoption of our cutting-edge technology.
Outside of work, I’m something of a “hobby collector”—always eager to learn new skills. From 3D printing to woodworking, fermentation to plastering, I often say, “I think I could do that—let’s try!” I bring this mindset to my professional life by staying open to new ideas and always striving for collaborative success with colleagues and partners.
