Coming from a scientific background, predominantly in the cellular and molecular biology field, I had the opportunity to acquire technical skills through years of experience in scientific research and to learn how to use confocal microscopes. As my interest shifted towards Business Quality Management, I started my career in the pharmaceutical world, focusing on Process Quality and Regulatory activities.
I joined CrestOptics in 2023 where I am currently involved in the processes concerning the Quality Management System. CrestOptics is offering me the chance to further expand my knowledge by training on new scopes, participating in key processes, collaborating with various departments, and enabling my professional growth.
