I embarked on my journey in CrestOptics in 2021, after specializing in Human Resources. Here I am focused on making sure that HR operations run smoothly: this includes everything from recruitment and onboarding to building good relationships with the team and managing employee benefits. Throughout my career, my main goal has always been to create a positive workplace and support our employees in their success and professional development.
